John Aronica, a current resident of Middleton Hills, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Richmond, Richmond Virginia, and an MBA from American University, Washington, DC. A former senior level executive in the Medical Device segment of the Healthcare Industry, John has an extensive background in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Finance, Strategic Planning, and General Management with Venture Capitol funded start-up business, as well as, both Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
In 2005 John embarked on a new career as a real estate professional and has listed, and sold residential, commercial, and investment properties. In 2015 John received his Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certification (CIREC)John has been very active in community service having served as Chairman, of the Rose City Renaissance Promotions and, First Friday committees. In addition, he has served as a member of the Habitat For Humanities Family Selection Committee and was Deputy Registrar of Voters.
While John has received numerous awards in his professional career, he is most proud to be the recipient of the prestigious 2006 Governors Award for Outstanding Main Street Volunteer of the year award, and the 2006 Rose City Renaissance Volunteer of the year award.
